Noelle Phillips
Noelle is the founder of Balancing Act Coaching & Consulting, LLC, where she designs and facilitates leadership trainings, resilience workshops, coaching programs, and organizational wellness initiatives grounded in adult learning and trauma-informed principles. Her work focuses on helping people reconnect to clarity, confidence, and purpose while building practical strategies that create lasting change.

Noelle believes that strong leadership begins with self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to stay grounded through life’s challenges. Through her work at Balancing Act, she helps individuals, teams, and organizations build healthier ways of leading, communicating, and navigating stress in both professional and personal life.

With a background spanning leadership development, crisis response, behavioral health, and organizational psychology, Noelle brings a rare blend of strategic insight and deeply human understanding to her work. She has spent years supporting people in high-stress, mission-driven environments — helping leaders strengthen team culture, prevent burnout, improve communication, and create sustainable systems for growth and resilience.

Noelle holds a Master of Science in Psychology with a specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University. She is also a Jay Shetty Certification School Certified Coach, a board member for Guardian Initiatives, and an Executive Contributor for Brains Magazine.
At the heart of Noelle’s work is a simple belief: people perform best when they feel safe, supported, and empowered to grow. Her mission is to help individuals and organizations find steadiness in the middle of challenge — and ultimately, help people find their footing again.
